I recently started working a nine to five job, just my boss and I. Where I worked in the past, It was always with lots of people my own age with similar interest, and I always became good friends with. Question is, how do I go out and meet new people outside of a work place. I know a lot of people but on a "Hi" and Bye basis. How does someone who is shy meet new good people?
What is the best way to meet new friends??
Go out their and join extra-curricular activities in your school. Join clubs and do community service. In that way of socializing, you can meet many nice people who can eventually become your friends. It's actually a great idea.
Reply:Lots of churches have young adult classes. They worship together every week and meet for socials occasionally. You could join a health club - go bowling, hiking, biking. Go where others with your same values might be!

Reply:the best way to meet new friends is to smile,complement something nice about them, say hi and see what happens after if they just ignore you there not a friend you would want if they do that's a good friend.
