i'm not saying that i'll never meet her friends but like i don't really know her that well and i was supposed to meet her friends this week and i've got a cold so i might not go out and she got really mad at me if i won't meet her friends even though i'm sick. does she have an alterior motive why she's so mad if i won't meet her friends. why does she want me to meet her friends so bad. does she want her friends opinion or approval or what?

You better take good care of yourself while you are sick. Why not you ask her why she is so insists ?? IF she loves you, she shall ask you to stay in the bed and take a good rest instead of promoting you to her friend.
Have a good talk to her. Explain it to her this time you are really sick. Infact it will also not showing a good impression to her friend with your current condition.
