my old friends from school don't have much to do with me and when i feel well and have energy to take a trip down town i don't have anyone to go with and i really want to meet new friends to do stuff with, but i don't know how, please help

You could go on MySpace, Facebook, there are tons of ppl to meet online. I'll b ur friend!!! (I'm 12 %26amp; 1/2) You could join some kind of activity, dance, or swimming or something.

Anyways, you can join a club like chess, scrapbooking, art %26amp; craft, take lessons like guitar or singing... go to the library, bowling alley, bookstore, gym...and meet others at these places. OR, better yet, VOLUNTEER! it'll get your mind off your illness, you'l meet good people,and helping society!
