I don't really have any friends, and i live a ways away from my family. So i'm pretty much left to do things alone or with my husband, but hes always busy working as we live on a dairy farm. And we live by a small town and i don't really know where to go to find friends. I'm not the drinking/bar type of person, and im going to be a new mom anyday now. So id like to find someone with some interests i have.

Reply:Try meetin.org. It is a website where a group of strangers from your area (e.g. meetin Detroit) schedule activities like movies, dinner, bowling, drinking...basically you meetup and do things together. If there isn't one in your area, you can start one.
I was in the same boat as you and it is great to break the ice and get you back into making friends.
