Should I meet my friends boyfriend?

My best friend's boyfriend is coming here next weekend (he lives 1 state away) and last time he visited, I didn't get to meet him because I was busy. She wanted me to meet him last time, but she hasn’t REALLY said anything about me meeting him next weekend. I don’t want to because my hair is really messed up because of a medical condition. I am getting it fixed in 3 weeks, and would rather meet him when my hair isn’t like this. Is that too vain of me? Am I being ridiculous? Should I just meet him?

Just meet him. He is your friends boyfriend anyway. You can impress him later if he sticks around.
