Reply:a lot of places.. go to meetings (@ church, town meetings etc) or try making some friends over the internet from the same town/city and maybe you can meet up. =]

Reply:Try becoming friends with girls at places that you like to shop or hang-out, or even in your job. Once they find out that you are a pretty cool person they might want to start hanging out with you and then introducing you to their circle of friends.
